We are not getting updates from a lot of our AFE participants and we simply do not
have time to search the net for results etc.. Our profile pages have been
re designed as well (Click Here for Sample). When we get new information from you, we will build the new page but we will also
start removing profiles for athletes who we haven't been able to communicate
with. |

AFE participant Chris Miedema opened the NCAA Division 1 indoor season with a 1st place finish in the Men's mile at the Notre Dame Invitational. Chris finished the race
with a time of 4:18.03 and has qualified for the NCAA Big East Indoor Championships.

Jeremy Rae took 1st Place in the 1,000m at the Notre Dame Invitational with a time
of 2:23.45 qualifying him for the Big East Indoor Championship. Chris Miedema
finished 5th (2:25) in this his first race against Jeremy since they were Training
Partners in High School and NRA. Jeremy went on a week later to finish 3rd (1:50.65) at the Indiana Relays and Chris came up with a Big East qualifying time of 1:55.04 |

Adam Palamar was very impressive at the McGill Team Challange finishing 4th against a strong
field of university athletes in the 1500m. His time of 3:51.74 tops the Canadian
Junior rankings. |
Jeremy Rae won the legendary Mayo Mile for the second year in a row and once again broke
4 min with an impressive time of 3:59.31 |
Our youngest AFE participant Zeran Tuna had a great day in Montreal at the Corsaire Chaparal Invitational. Zeran was 1st
over all in the Triathalon finishing 1st in both the shot put and high jump
and 2nd in the 150m. The 12 yr old jumped 1.67m in the high jump which
is a new Ontario Provincial record for his age group |

AFE Jeremy Coughler won the annual Allistair Wyatt 1500m Open Boys 1500m at the 19th Highlanders Indoor

Jeremy Coughler won GOLD (3:57.87) at the Athletics Ontario Bantam/Midget/Junior Indoor Championships
at York University. Zeran Tuna was the Bantam GOLD MEDALIST in the high jump with a PB of 1.68m |
Nathan Ackerman won SILVER in a field of 47 athletes in the Open Boys 3000m at the Adams Invitional held indoors
at York University |
